Yes. Optimist Theatre is a 501(c)3 non-profit incorporated in the state of Wisconsin since 1993.

We provide a Letter of Agreement for every program, which also serves as an invoice. If an additional invoice is required, we can provide one.

Your Letter of Agreement will also contain our tax-exempt ID number, which can be used as your receipt.
