T.J. is currently orchestra director with Franklin Public Schools. He has served as Artistic Director/Youth Programs coordinator for the Kokomo Youth Symphony, as Strings Program Coordinator for the Portland Center for the Arts, and as Interim Conductor/Artistic Director for the Waukesha Area Youth Symphony. An award-winning composer, he has written music for the theatrical stage, film, and concert hall, with a special emphasis on educational music for school orchestras. As a violist, he's served as principal violist in the Kokomo Symphony, co-principal in the Seattle
Philharmonic, and has performed as a sectional player in orchestras throughout the Midwest. He currently plays with the nationally touring Irish music duo Ogham.
