What if there are last minute changes on show days?
We really want to keep you posted if something happens. If there's enough lead time, we can send a newsletter or post on social media. That's rarely the case so please help us not surprise you in a bad way. How?
REGISTER, REGISTER, REGISTER.
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE.
Tell us which show you're planning to attend and we'll email you directly if anything happens that might affect the show day on the day of the show. And, it does happen! Especially in the case of inclement weather or illness. Or that impromptu car show in the Mitchell Park parking lot that forced us to cancel our shows that day. Granted, that was atypical but ... wow. We've moved on.
A few things to know about registering...
Registering helps us keep you posted about a specific date and location. That's about it. If you've arrived to see a show just to find out it's been canceled, that's more than enough reason. We will just about move mountains to keep from canceling but it's happened when absolutely unavoidable.
Registering doesn't mean you are guaranteed a bit of lawn. It's not the same as a reservation. We should probably pick a different word but its too late to go back now.
If you register and can't make it you don't need to call and let us know. We're not holding space for you.
If you register, you don't need to check in to let us know you've arrived. We're thrilled that you're going to be with us for the day but we're not checking names off a list.
Registration is for a particular date and location. If you want to know about last minute changes to other show dates and locations, please register again.
(If this guidance sounds deja vu, then you probably just read all about registering on the Tickets, Reservations, Registrations page. It's all the same as spelled out here.)
