Macbeth presented by Pocket Park Puppet Players and as can only be accomplished by puppets. Think puppets with knives. This production is also almost 100% Shakespeare and yet you might never realize it. Unlike our other shows, Macbeth is designed to play in small spaces. (45 minute run time)

Chris Flieller (Director): With an B.A. from Texas Christian University and an M.F.A. in Acting from UW Milwaukee, Chris has over three decades of experience as a theatre professional. He is the currently Manager of the Prairie Theater and Event Center in Fond du Lac. From Chris: “my focus is on providing my patrons with an intimate and immediate theatrical experience that is also accessible and affordable. Whether your cup of tea is comedy, drama or musical; traditional or offbeat; or anything in between, we guarantee you a show of the highest quality in a relaxed atmosphere.”

Fabian Guerrero: (Macbeth, additional roles): Fabian Guerrero (he/him) is a proud resident of Chicago, Illinois, and excited to be back at Shakespeare in the Park in Milwaukee! He is humbled and grateful to be bringing Shakespeare into baseball fields, freshly mowed grass, and the great outdoors. He hopes you will go and search for some more Shakespeare in your everyday life - if you look hard enough, it's all around. Love to his family, always.

This award is presented to a graduating theatre major who has demonstrated exemplary commitment to his or her development as an actor through a professional approach in the classroom, rehearsals, and performances; with self-motivation pushing creativity, taking risks, and exhibiting a visible Christian character.
Jayla Mixdorf (Stage Manager): Jayla is a Wisconsin Lutheran College Jay Sierszyn Award for Excellence in Theatre Arts recipient. This award is presented to a graduating theatre major who has demonstrated and developed a voracious appetite for multiple areas of theatre knowledge and experience and a driving desire for inquiry and exploration, and whose contribution to activities in the classroom, studio, shop, and stage has been exemplary.
