We could tell you what it is, but instead, we'll let Mr. Chris Flieller of In Tandem Theatre do it for us: In case you're not a Shakespeare nerd, Chris will be playing Nick Bottom, the weaver who functions as the primary "clown" character in Midsummer. More about ChrisChris Flieller and his wife Jane Flieller founded In Tandem Theatre in 1998; they serve respectively as Artistic Director and Managing Director for the theater. Chris received his BFA in Theatre from Texas Christian University and earned his MFA from the Professional Theatre Training Program (PTTP, now located in Delaware). As an actor, technician and director, Chris has worked with nearly all of Milwaukee's professional theatre companies. In addition, he has performed with Utah Shakespeare Festival, Dinner Playhouse of Kansas City and several tours with the Great American Children's Theatre Company. When not working in the theatre, Chris has appeared in several independent films and commercials and he provides speech and dialect training. Most recently, Chris was seen in his 288th performance as Southside heartthrob, Stasch Zelinski in the wildly popular A Cudahy Caroler Christmas and will be featured in Juno and the Paycock with the Resident Ensemble Theatre and the PTTP located at the University of Delaware this winter.
